1. About Us

RML Ground Maintenance is a sole trader business based in Dumfries, Scotland. We provide garden maintenance, grounds maintenance and exterior property services across Dumfries and Galloway. You can contact us by phone on 07759 678071.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

3. Our Services

We provide quotations based on information supplied by the customer. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to revise a quote if the scope of work changes or the site conditions differ materially from those described at the time of quotation.

We will carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, access issues, or circumstances outside our control.

4. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and bank transfer. Late payment may result in work being paused or withheld until outstanding balances are cleared.

5. Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked job. Cancellations with less notice may result in a call-out charge to cover travel and time already allocated.

6. Liability

We hold public liability insurance. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to property, underground services, or issues that could not reasonably have been identified before work commenced. Any damage caused directly by our negligence will be dealt with promptly and fairly.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
